DNA Oligonucleotides

All single-stranded and duplexed DNA sequences are produced with high coupling efficiencies, resulting in high-quality DNA products. Our specialized platforms allow us to deliver primers for PCR, dual-labelled probes for qPCR, indexed adapters and fusion primers for sequencing, and a variety of custom products.

3. RxnReady™ Primer Pools – 2 oligos premixed in a single tube. Shipped dry, or resuspended to your specifications.

Probes

PrimeTime™ qPCR Probes

PrimeTime qPCR Probes are 5′ nuclease probes, available with an assortment of reporter-dye combinations that are compatible with common qPCR instruments and that include several license-free combinations.

Affinity Plus™ qPCR Probes

Use Affinity Plus™ qPCR Probes for enhanced discrimination of thermodynamically similar samples such as single nucleotide polymorphisms and transcript variants. The Affinity Plus bases used in these qPCR probes include up to 6 locked nucleic acid monomers (see the technology page, Locked nucleic acids, for more information). When incorporated into a probe, locked nucleic acids impart heightened structural stability, leading to increased hybridization melt temperature (T_m).

Molecular beacon probes

Molecular beacon probes are dual-labeled probes that form a quenched, stem-loop structure in native state and fluoresce upon hybridization to the target nucleotide sequence. Applications include real-time and endpoint PCR, SNP detection, and multiplex amplification.
